Welcome to Tri-Valley Optics. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Products & Lead Times

All products are custom-assembled based on the specifications provided at the time of ordering.
Lead times may vary depending on availability, volume, and manufacturer workload. Most orders ship within short, standard industry timeframes.

Tri-Valley Optics is not responsible for delays caused by manufacturers, shipping carriers, or incorrect information provided by the customer.

2. Pricing & Payment

We accept Stripe and ACH for all transactions.

  • All pricing shown on quotes or invoices is final at the time of purchase.

  • Orders are processed only after payment is received and confirmed.

  • Any fees charged by Stripe or financial institutions are the responsibility of the customer.

3. No Returns or Cancellations

Because all products are made to order, all sales are final.

We do not accept:

  • Returns

  • Exchanges

  • Order cancellations after production begins

If an item arrives defective or incorrect, please see our Lifetime Warranty section below.

4. Shipping

Shipping costs and delivery estimates will be provided during the quote or checkout process.
Once an order is handed to the carrier, Tri-Valley Optics is not responsible for:

  • Delays

  • Lost packages

  • Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Ensuring all order specifications are accurate

  • Providing correct shipping and contact information

  • Proper installation and handling of all products

Tri-Valley Optics is not liable for damage caused by improper installation or misuse.

6. Limitation of Liability

Tri-Valley Optics is not responsible for:

  • Installation errors

  • Damages resulting from downtime, labor costs, equipment failure, or indirect losses

  • Any use of products outside manufacturer specifications

Our liability is strictly limited to repair or replacement under our warranty terms.

7. Lifetime Warranty

All Tri-Valley Optics products include a Lifetime Warranty covering:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Workmanship issues

  • Component failures under normal use

What’s Not Covered:

  • Damage caused by improper installation

  • Abuse, modification, or misuse

  • Environmental or site-specific damage

  • Incorrect product selection

Warranty Claims

To submit a warranty claim, please email:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos (if applicable)

Tri-Valley Optics will repair or replace the defective item at our discretion.
Customer may be responsible for shipping the item back depending on the situation.
